Blackwell Parish Council…
Are the combined Parish Council for the areas of Hilcote, Newton and Old Blackwell. The Clerk to the Parish, Jeff Radford approached us to begin the process of a re-brand exercise with a new website, annual review and new stationery being designed and implemented.

The Parish Council wanted to celebrate their best natural asset which is the idyllic Derbyshire surroundings and picturesque villages by having photographs of the area fading from one to another on their home page by having an Adobe Flash animation created. Adobe Flash is the leading animation software for use on the internet as complex animations can be compressed to reduce loading time so it won’t put your visitors off looking at your site. Easy Going Design specialises in animation of this type and believes it adds a new dimension to your website. The new website was launched recently and you can view it at:
